Send us your group size, dates and what you have in mind, either by email at denmark@eudmc.com or through the contact form. A tailored proposal normally comes back within one working day, with options and pricing rather than a brochure.
Every programme is quoted individually, because group size, season, hotel category and venue choice all move the number. Quotes are itemised so you can see what each element costs and adjust before committing. There are no fixed packages.
Both. A large share of our work comes through agencies, incentive houses and corporate event teams, where we operate as the local ground handler and you keep the client relationship. We also work directly with companies and associations organising their own programmes.
We handle enquiries and run programmes in English and Danish, and arrange guides in other languages on request, including German, French, Spanish and Italian. Tell us the group nationality early and we will confirm what is available for your dates.
Yes. For larger programmes we recommend it. We put together an inspection itinerary covering the shortlisted venues, hotels and dining options, and accompany you so decisions can be made on the spot rather than from photographs.
Group numbers almost always move, and the proposal is built with that in mind. Deadlines for final numbers, release dates on hotel blocks and cancellation terms are stated clearly in your contract before anything is confirmed, so there are no surprises later.
Yes. Through the EU DMC network we build itineraries that link Denmark with Sweden, Norway, Finland and Estonia, coordinated through partner offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Helsinki, Rovaniemi and Tallinn. You still deal with one contact.
Yes. DMC Denmark is a registered company and works with contracted, insured suppliers. Registration details and insurance documentation are available on request during the contracting stage.
We hold enquiries several years out for large congresses and take short-notice requests where availability allows. If something is not realistic for your dates we will say so early rather than let you plan around it.
