From design hotels in the middle of Copenhagen to seaside manor houses and room blocks for several hundred delegates, we find accommodation that suits the group rather than the brochure. We negotiate the rates, hold the block, and manage the rooming list. Give us your numbers and budget and options follow within a few working days.
Airport pickups at Copenhagen and Billund, coaches between cities, private cars for VIPs, and transfers to every venue on the programme. Denmark is compact and well connected, which means a group can have breakfast in Copenhagen and be in Aarhus for lunch – and we make sure that actually happens on schedule.

We handle everything from small executive meetings and incentive groups of 10 to conferences and tours of 300 or more. The programme is built around your numbers, not the other way around.
For summer travel and the busy conference months of May, June, September and October, book 6 to 12 months ahead. Winter and shoulder seasons usually need only a few months. Short-notice requests are welcome and we will tell you honestly what is still available.
