We also build sustainability into programmes as a matter of course – local suppliers, efficient routing, and venues that take their environmental commitments seriously.

We match the space to the purpose. A strategy offsite needs a different room from a product launch, and a 400-delegate congress needs a venue that has actually handled 400 delegates before. Denmark gives us plenty to work with: purpose-built congress centres, design hotels with proper meeting floors, industrial spaces converted into event venues, waterfront halls, and manor houses and castles within an hour of Copenhagen for something with more character.

Accommodation is contracted alongside it, ideally close enough that delegates walk between hotel and venue. For larger groups we negotiate full room blocks and manage the rooming list, rate structure, and the inevitable late additions and cancellations.

The best incentive programmes here lean on what Denmark is genuinely good at rather than importing generic activities. Teams cook together in professional kitchens with a chef running the pass, sail or row in the harbour, cycle the city on the routes locals actually use, take design and innovation workshops with people who work in the field, or compete through a city challenge that gets them into neighbourhoods they would never otherwise find.

Each activity is sized to the group and the gap in the schedule. Some clients want a full day out; others need ninety minutes between the closing session and dinner that still feels like a reward rather than a filler. We use waterfront restaurants, converted warehouses, museum halls, castle dining rooms and private rooms in the city, matched to your numbers and the tone you want – a relaxed dinner closing a working day, or a formal awards evening with a stage and a running order.

Menus are built with Danish producers and seasonal ingredients rather than an international hotel default. We handle seating plans, dietary requirements, drinks packages, entertainment, AV and speeches, and we run the timing on the night so the room moves when it should.
